I have my DTXplorer attached to my iPad (mini 1st gen, iOS 9.3.5) with a MIDI cable to a Lightning-to-USB adapter playing through GarageBand. I have the SoCal drum kit loaded, but both snare and kick sound like the closed hi-hat. A quick search says I need an app to remap these MIDI notes.
