OSX Yosemite and Serato Scratch Live I figured it's been enough time since the release - thinking about upgrading my Macbook (sick of all the pop-up reminders). Due to some equipment that some of my gigs are still using (most of the spots still rocking Rane TTM-57's) I've stayed with using SSL instead of updating to Serato DJ. After installing Scratch Live 2.4.4 and above, some users may experience their Rane device not connecting to Scratch Live. To resolve this, restart your computer after installing. If after restart you are still experiencing this issue, try disconnecting then reconnecting your Rane device. If you own one of the following devices: Rane Sixty-Eight.

Scratch Live 2.5 Bug Fixes
Alongside these key features Scratch Live 2.5 also includes bug fixes to continue the unparalleled level of stability and performance that Serato software is known for.
Some examples of the bug fixes are:
- Mixtape .als recordings now work with Ableton Live 9.
- Fixed a bug where the beatgrid lock wasn't being saved and loaded to/from the file; it was only being saved to the database.
- The Sixty-Eight record source is now correctly loaded from preferences.
- Fixed a bug where the CDJ-350 was sending both MIDI and HID messages which meant it could possibly fire two different Scratch Live events at the same time.
- Fixed a bug where the DJFX deck assignments wouldn't save to preferences if going from being 'on' initially, to 'off'.

**Update - El Capitan is now supported in Serato DJ 1.8**

Serato DJ and Serato DJ Intro do not currently support Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11).
We do not recommend updating to El Capitan. We are currently investigating some early reports of serious compatibility issues with hardware connectivity and audio. We're working hard to ensure stability with this OS as soon as possible and there will be updates that add support in the near future.
